<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo leaving prevention system capable of surely preventing an article from being left inside the body of a patient, and to provide gauze. <P>SOLUTION: Tags 7 having intrinsic identification information respectively are attached to medical implements used for a surgery. Also, tag readers 61 and 62 are respectively arranged at a machine base inside an operating room and a place where used implements are to be placed, and the respective tags 7 are recognized by the tag readers 61 and 62 at any time or periodically. In the case that there is a tag 7 not recognized by any tag readers 61 and 62, it is defined that the implement to which the tag 7 is attached is in use and the list is displayed at a display part 3. Further, a small-sized tag reader 63 for searching is provided, and in the case that the implement in use is recognized before closing a wound, the inside of the body of the patient is searched by the tag reader 63 for searching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
