<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively compensate variance in characteristic of a driving transistor. <P>SOLUTION: A switch SW2 is turned OFF and switches SW1 and SW3 are turned ON to supply a low current from a constant current source CC1 to the driving transistor T1, and then a gate voltage corresponding to the low current is written to the gate of the driving transistor T1. Then while the switches SW1 and SW3 are turned OFF, the SW2 is turned ON and the voltage of a capacitor C1 on the side of a switch SW4 is varied according to a signal voltage and added to the gate of the driving transistor T1, thereby making a current corresponding to the signal voltage flow to the driving transistor T1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
