<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated paper tube which is lightweight having strong strength, execellent in impact absorption power, sound insulation and thermal insulation, which utilizes the advantages of a corrugated paper that can be recycled by 100%, can be cheaply produced by the continuous production and in which the length can be freely adjusted, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The corrugated paper tube comprises: a liner paper 3 rolled inside spirally; and a one side corrugated paper 2 which is adhered by an adhesive applied to a flute surface 1 and rolled outside spirally, wherein the liner paper 3 is rolled by a revolving central rod 6, the one side corrugated paper 2 is rolled and adhered on the outside by the adhesive applied to the flute surface 1 shifting the positions of the mating section of the liner paper 3 and the one side corrugated paper 2, and the adhered corrugated paper tube is extruded continuously from the central rod and is perfected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
