PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always accurately acquire consumption conditions of gas hydrate of each consumer and prepare plans necessary for production and supply of the gas hydrate based on consumption conditions and provide a gas hydrate control system capable of controlling the information by acquiring gas filling ratio of the gas hydrate every production lot and coordinate the gas filling ratio with each tank supplied to each consumer. SOLUTION: The gas hydrate control system 17 is composed of a controlling apparatus 2 provided in an electric power plant 1 which is producer and supplier for gas hydrate and a consumer apparatus 14 provided under each consumer 13, and the controlling apparatus 2 is mutually connected through a communication network 19 such as Internet to each consumer apparatus 14.
