PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsivity since a vehicular sprung starts vertical displacement until controlling the damping force of a damper. SOLUTION: When setting the damping force of the damper for sky-hook controlling a vehicular suspension device, a time differential value of sprung acceleration filtered by a low-pass filter, not a time integral value (a sprung speed) of the sprung acceleration detected by a sprung acceleration sensor, is used. The time differential value detected by the sprung acceleration sensor advances a phase of a signal as compared with the time integral value of the sprung acceleration. Therefore, the damping force of the damper is controlled on the basis of the time integral value of the sprung acceleration, thereby improving the responsivity of controlling as compared with a case controlling the damping force of the damper on the basis of the time integral value of the sprung acceleration.
