DISPENSER, ATTACHING METHOD OF PIPETTE CHIP OF DISPENSER AND MEASURING INSTRUMENT UTILIZING ATTENUATION OF TOTAL REFLECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the irregularity in the insertion quantity to a nozzle of a pipette head. SOLUTION: The nozzle 54a for sucking and discharging a liquid is formed to the pipette head 54. The nozzle 54a is protruded in an almost cylindrical shape from the end surface of the pipette head 54 and its outer diameter almost coincides with the inner diameter of a pipette tip 62. The pipette tip 62 is held to the pipette head 54 by the fitting with the nozzle 54a. An adjusting jig 64 is provided with an adjusting hole 70 formed so as to be slightly larger than the outer shape of the pipette tip 62. The pipette tip 62 is inserted in the nozzle 54a before inserted in the adjusting hole 70. The leading end 62a of the pipette tip 62 is pressed to the base 70a of the adjusting hole 70 to adjust the insertion quantity of the pipette tip 62. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
