PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera device capable of giving a specific effect (filter effect) to a photographed image without being accompanied with restriction and troublesomeness. SOLUTION: A camera body 2 has a lens 3 and an LED group 5 on its front side. The LED group 5 is constituted of red LEDs 51R to 55R, green LEDs 51G to 55G and blue LEDs 51B to 55B, and not only each LED can be individually turned on or off but also the emitted light quantity of each LED can be individually changed under the control of an MPU. Therefore, the LED group 5 can emit light in all colors and light in the same color of different density depending on the ON/OFF of the red LEDs 51R to 55R, the green LEDs 51G to 55G and the blue LEDs 51B to 55B and the emitted light quantity of these LEDs. Since a subject can be photographed by being irradiated with the light in desired colors, the specific effect can be easily given to the photographed image without carrying two or more filters and requiring filter replacing work.
