PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular mobile telecommunication system having consumption of radio resources suppressed. SOLUTION: The cellular mobile telecommunication system includes a radio bade station controller 1, a plurality of radio base station devices 201 and 202 each of which is connected to the radio base station controller 1 and has one antenna, and a radio terminal device 3' having a plurality of antennas. The radio bade station controller 1 divides an original information signal sequence into a plurality of different information signal sequences and distributes the plurality of information signal sequence to the plurality of radio base station devices, and the plurality of radio base station devices use the same radio resource to perform MIMO transmission of the plurality of information signal sequences from antennas of the plurality of radio base station devices to the plurality of antennas of the radio terminal device 3', and the radio terminal device 3' subjects a plurality of antenna reception data pieces received by the plurality of antennas, to MIMO processing and takes out the plurality of information signal sequences in a separated state and combines the plurality of taken-out information signal sequences to reproduce the original information signal sequence.
