PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of defective conductivity by break of electrodes of board by reducing load at the aperture edge of an aperture of a covering layer. SOLUTION: A board electrode 3 is formed to one surface of the flexible board 2, and a covering layer 9 is also formed for covering the board electrode 3. Moreover, an aperture 10 for exposing a land 8 to which an electronic component is mounted in the board electrode 3 is formed to the covering layer 9. A crossing end edge 11a located in the direction crossing the extending direction of the board electrode 3 at the land 8 in the aperture edge 11 of the aperture 10 is formed in the waving shape as the shape of plane.
