PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil in which impedance matching can be attained easily without requiring an intricate substrate pattern. SOLUTION: The common mode choke coil 1 comprises a first magnetic substrate 2, a laminate structure 3, a second magnetic substrate 4, and four external electrodes (not shown). The laminate structure 3 has a first spiral coil portion 41, and a second coil portion 61 of substantially same shape as that of the first coil portion 41 and coupled magnetically with the first coil portion 41.
