PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of peeling-off of a protecting film from a surface of a main body of its protecting film. SOLUTION: A pressing roll 10 is pressed to a surface of a protecting film 50 through an adhesion tape 20, whereby the bottom of the adhesion tape 20 is adhered to the surface of the protecting film 50. Then, the pressing roll 10 is moved on the protecting film 50 under rotation to the side edge 42 of the film body in the reverse direction against a peeling-off direction, whereby the back surface of the adhesion tape 20 is adhered in the peeling-off direction of the protecting film 50. Thereafter, under giving big tension to the adhesion tape part 22 extending to the side edge 42 side of the film body from the periphery of the pressing roll 10, the pressing roll 10 is moved and restored under rotation on the protecting film 50 in the peeling-off direction with pressing to the surface of the protecting film 50 through the adhesion tape 20.
