PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having good coloring affinity especially for keratin materials such as keratin fiber, good resistance for external factors especially for shampoo, damaging no material to be treated especially keratin fibers and capable of lightening coloration. SOLUTION: The composition comprising at least one fluorescent dye and at least one insoluble polyorganosiloxane conditioning polymer, processes using the composition, and a device are provided. The use of compositions comprising at least one fluorescent dye and at least one insoluble polyorganosiloxane conditioning polymer, for dyeing human keratin materials, especially for keratin fibers, for example artificially dyed and/or pigmented hair and dark skin, with a lightening effect is provided.
