PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper capable of generating a pleasant and desired sound quality using vibration generated by engine rotations and capable of facilitating tuning for obtaining the desired sound quality. SOLUTION: This vibration damper supports an engine unit mounted on a vehicle. A fitting member 4 is attached to an upper portion of a shaft member 2 of a vibration damper body 1. A fitting member 7 on a vehicle side is attached to a cylindrical member 3 of an outer portion of the vibration damper. A vibration transmission member 10 is connected to the fitting member 4 on the engine side, where the vibration transmission member 10 is composed of an upper plate 11 extending in the right-angled direction with the axial center of the vibration damper body 1 and a drooping plate 12 extending downward along the outside of the vibration damper body 1. Then, the drooping plate 12 of the vibration transmission member 10 is closely arranged so as to enable opposing contact relative to a stopper member 14 provided on the fitting member 7 of the vehicle side, facing the front side of the vehicle, through a rubber member 15 during accelerated traveling.
