A wind turbine generator (1) has a wind reception blade (10) and piezoelectric plates (11a, 11b). The wind reception blade (10) is constructed from a substantially trapezoidal-shaped plate member whose opposite narrow sides have different lengths and whose length is extremely greater than the lengths of the narrow sides, and the plate member (10) is folded double in the width direction at a predetermined angle ?. The piezoelectric plates (11a, 11b) are power generation sections for generating power by vibration of the wind reception blade (10). When the wind reception blade (10) receives wind force, it torsionally vibrates to cause the piezoelectric plates (11a, 11b) to bend, generating power.
