The door lock for a commercial motor truck and/or trailer, especially with cargos requiring security, has an internal locking bolt (4) held in the locked position by a spring (7) in a holder (5) at the inner side of the door (6). The bolt is opened against the spring tension by a remotely-controlled drive with a hydraulic or pneumatic pressure cylinder (2) and a piston (3).
