The oxygen-enriched drinking water dispenser (10) has a tap (12) activatable by a trigger. A carbonic acid containing water flows through a passage into a mixing chamber and a rotary button (16) is formed with a carbonic acid adjuster to adjust the size of the passage by two rotary ceramics in an adjusting arrangement. Water connections are provided with a reflux preventer, which opens the direction of the mixing chamber. The trigger has magnet valve arranged between the tap and the mixing chamber, and a push button, which is operatable independently of the adjuster. The adjusting arrangement comprises a pot shaped sleeve (30) with three passages, a disk, which is twistably arranged within the sleeve and exhibits three passages, and another disk having a dumbbell-shaped recess with widened ends and a tapered middle part. The two passages of the sleeve are provided at the water connections and other passage makes a connection to the mixing chamber.
