A display device and a method for manufacturing method the same are provided to obtain a high reliability and a high electric property with a high yield without causing the steps and the device to be complicated. In a display device, a semiconductor layer(618) includes one conductive-impurity area. A gate insulating layer(602) is placed on a surface of the semiconductor layer(618). A gate electrode layer is placed on a surface of the gate insulating layer(602). A wiring layer is contacted with the one conductive-impurity area. A conductive layer in contact with the wiring layer is placed on the surface of the gate insulating layer(602). A first electrode layer(610) is contacted with the conductive layer. An electroluminescent layer(611) is provided on a surface of the first electrode layer(610). A second electrode layer(612) is placed on a surface of the electroluminescent layer(611). And, the wiring layer is connected to the first electrode layer(610) electrically, and the conductive layer is interposed. |
