A multi-channel receiving apparatus for satellite DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) service is provided to simultaneously receive broadcasting data transmitted from a satellite DMB broadcasting center, restore the received broadcasting data to multi-channel digital broadcasting data, and transmit the restored data to DMB terminals through a cable/wireless communication interface. A multi-channel receiving apparatus for providing satellite DMB service includes a tuner(10), a CDM(Code Division Multiplexing) demodulator(20), a broadcasting channel decoder(30), a demultiplexer(40), and a logic channel data controller(50). The tuner receives broadcasting data channels transmitted through a satellite. The CDM demodulator detects a CDM signal from the received broadcasting data channels. The broadcasting channel decoder decodes pilot channel information, CAS information and EPG(Electronic Program Guide) information of the detected CDM signal, and a plurality of broadcasting data channels designated using the information as a common input. The demultiplexer simultaneously demultiplexes the encoded broadcasting data channels. The logic channel data controller controls the broadcasting data of the demultiplexed broadcasting data channels to be transmitted to DMB terminals through a cable/wireless communication interface(60).
