<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reduction of variation of an RSSI output voltage in the RSSI circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An RSSI circuit is composed of: an amplifier inputting an input signal, a detecting portion detecting an amplified signal level; an RSSI voltage generator generating voltage according to the signal level; and a current source supplying current to each circuit. The current source is composed of: a first transistor connected to an electric source; a second transistor connected to the first transistor; an operational amplifier connected to a gate of the second transistor and whose first input terminal a band gap voltage is inputted to; and a resistor whose one end is connected to the second transistor and the other end of the operational amplifier is connected to ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
