<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of the height of the checkered marks of a checkered plate for stably holding the height of the checkered marks in a continuous hot finishing mill. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is a control method of the height of the checkered marks of the checkered plate in the continuous hot finishing mill which is composed of a plurality of stands and in which checkering rolls are assembled in the final stand. The surface temperature of the steel plate on the outlet side of the final stand is measured, the rolling reduction of the thickness in the final stand is corrected in accordance with that measured value and the height of the checkered marks on the outlet side of the final stand is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
