<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fair charging to a user program executed by an SMI processor. <P>SOLUTION: In a charging processor, when starting the program execution of a user by a logical CPU of an SMT processor 130, a competition deciding part 16 decides whether or not a competing state that a process is executed by the other logical CPU is generated, and stores it in a charging information storage part 11. Then, a CPU use time acquiring part 15 discriminately collects a CPU use time in the competing state or non-competing state of a process, and stores it in the charging information storage part 11. Afterwards, a CPU use time converting part 18 applies predetermined weighting to the CPU use time in the competing state for conversion based on the CPU use time in the competing state and the non-competing state after the end of the execution of the process, and a charging calculating part 19 calculates a charging sum from an effective use time to the process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
