<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoding method, a reproduction method, and a reproduction apparatus of image information capable of using the entirely same display control sequence table DCSQT even when the same sub video data 32 are displayed at different times to thereby make the display control sequence table DCSQT relocatable. <P>SOLUTION: A sub video packet in a pack of sub video information provided with the SCR of the same time is sequentially transferred to a decoder 101, the SCR is also supplied, and the count of a main STC 120a described later is started from a value reaching zero after a prescribed time in accordance the SCR. The prescribed time corresponds to a transfer time for one sub video unit (maximum size) corresponding to the SCR. For example, in the case that the maximum size of one sub video unit is 65535 bytes and the transfer rate is 740 nsec/one byte, the transfer time is 65535×740/1000000≈48.5 msec, and the count is started from a value reaching zero after about 48.5 msec. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
