摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lean burn engine with a supercharger, capable of preventing deterioration of lean burn due to decline in a tumble ratio, improving fuel economy and reducing NOx. SOLUTION: This engine includes an injector for in-cylinder injection injecting fuel into a cylinder, an injector for port injection injecting fuel into inside of an intake passage, and a valve-opening-characteristic changing means capable of changing at least lift amount or a working angle of an intake valve. The engine is provided with a fuel injection control means for increasing an in-cylinder fuel injection sharing ratio by the injector for in-cylinder injection in accordance with decrease amount of the lift amount or the working angle when the lift amount or the working angle of the intake valve is decreased by the valve-opening-characteristic changing means in a predetermined operating region, and accordingly a decrease in the tumble ratio is compensated for by the injection flow.
