PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyoxymethylene resin composition having excellent impact resistance without damaging appearance of its molding, its molding, and its part. SOLUTION: This polyoxymethylene resin composition contains 5-60 parts by weight modified olefinic polymer (B) and 0-10 parts by weight lubricant (C) to 100 parts by weight total polyoxymethylene resin composition (A) containing 100-50 wt.% polyoxymethylene copolymer (a-1) containing a hydroxyalkyl group on the end of the molecule and 0-50 wt.% oxymethylene resin (a-2), and the Mooney viscosity of the component (B) is 5-60 ML<SB>1+4</SB>at 100°C.
