PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve a retrieval word input in voice by a user in a short period of time when compound nouns of the number exceeding the retrieval word number processable in interaction processing real time are registered in a retrieval database, and compound nouns having a large number of mutually closely resembled candidates are registered in the retrieval database. SOLUTION: When it is decided as a result of recognition of a starting beat that the beat is a starting beat that the user has input with high possibility, beats which connects with the possible starting beat are preferentially recognized in the decreasing order of use frequencies to extract a 2nd possible beat, and the recognition processing is repeated until the final beat constituting retrieval information; when the recognition processing of all beats is completed, total scores are calculated for each of output pieces of retrieval information and when a total score meets a condition under which the user can specify the retrieval information only by confirming it, interaction with the user is carried out.
