摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC-input to DC-output converter circuit in which, in time zones (forward recovery times, reverse recovery times, time zone when voltage is applied to microarea) where electric currents do not flow through a load during diode rectification, an auxiliary power supply circuit is provided so that electric current flows through the load where electric current is insufficient, thereby improving ripples, or the like, in series power supply circuits. SOLUTION: An electric current can be compensated to a load, where any electric currents has been insufficient so far, by adding an auxiliary power supply circuit SC, in parallel with a conventional half-wave rectifier capacitor input circuit 100. In order to enable rectification of a main power supply circuit and the rectification of the SC circuit, the SC circuit is established by inserting impedance matching device Z1 at the main circuit side, and setting a value to rectify the both circuits. The insertion of a coil IL for changing a phase of alternating current to the auxiliary power supply circuit increases further the effect. In a half-wave rectifier circuit, improvement of 46% was observed at peak-to-peak ripple in an embodiment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
