PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker stand which is used for installing a loudspeaker system with a cabinet and enhances a reproduced sound from a loudspeaker system by utilizing reaction power that is produced in the loudspeaker system. SOLUTION: A loudspeaker stand comprises a placing section for placing a loudspeaker thereon, a seating section, and a leg section linking the placing section and the seating section. The leg section is composed of an elastic supporting leg resulting from bending an elastic plate-like member in the direction of thickness, and the placing section swings in one axial direction by elastic deformation of the elastic supporting leg.
