PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple harmful electromagnetic wave shield controller not generating an induced magnetic field, not leaking an electric field and provided with a safety device instantly blocking electric supply at the time of disconnection, breakage or partial overheat of a heating wire, in a warm heater such as simple bedding or an electric epithem machine which easily adjusts heating temperature to operate by strength without measuring temperature of a additional heating wire, and also to provide an electromagnetic wave shield heating wire used for this. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic wave shield heating wire comprises: a switch part connected with the electromagnetic wave shield heating wire provided with a first heating wire and a second heating wire and determining electric supply; a heating current U-turn and detection part U-turning and detecting the power supply inputted from the first heating wire with the second heating wire; and a fuse and a wire disconnection operating part disconnecting the fuse according to a signal detected by the heating current U-turn and detection part.
