PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a compiling operation to add a new content to a database to be searched. SOLUTION: In this information search system with a search object data group DM1 stored in a database 16 as a search object, a logical model expressing a logical policy in search processing evolves by the additional registration of a synonym to a search keyword by a plurality of users. Then, a new search object data group DM2 as the object of compilation is temporarily registered in the database 16 so that a search function whose logical model has evolved is made available even for the search processing with the search object data DM2 as the search object.
