PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in electrical properties such as charging property, sensitivity and optical responsiveness, excellent in oxidizing gas resistance, and free of deterioration of properties even if exposed to oxidizing gases such as ozone and NOx. SOLUTION: A charge transport layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor is composed of a first charge transport layer and a second charge transport layer, an enamine compound is incorporated into the first charge transport layer stacked on a charge generating layer, and a styryl-based compound is incorporated into the second charge transport layer stacked on the first charge transport layer.
