PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal seal plug device having a blind plug capable of providing a contact surface with stable high sealability by fitting and recyclable by removing. SOLUTION: In this metal seal plug device, a male screw part 2 is formed in a lever-like body 1, a head part 3 with a diameter larger than the diameter of the male screw part 2 is continuously formed at the coaxially upper end part of the lever-like body 1, a jaw part is disposed on the lower side of the head part, a square recess 4 having a corner part 4a is formed at the upper end face of the head part 3, and the male screw part is rotated by using a tool having a projected part fitted to the square recess 4 to thread it to a female screw part 5 continuously formed on the lower side of a bowl-shaped conical surface 7 engaged with the male screw part 2. The lower jaw part 6 of the head part 3 is formed in a curved shape fittably brought into contact with the peripheral surface of the upper bowl-shaped conical surface 7 of the female screw part 5.
