PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device 1 capable of inhibiting filter inflow temperature Tf from fluctuating up and down and capable of melting wax captured in a filter 7. SOLUTION: In a control means 12 of the fuel injection device 1, valve driving current to be applied to an electromagnetic three-way valve 11 is calculated based on the filter inflow temperature Tf as a command value corresponding to a reflux flow quantity Qr. The reflux flow quantity Qr thereby becomes a variable quantity increasing or decreasing according to the calculated value of valve driving current and therefore the reflux flow quantity Qr does not become either of zero and the maximum value as before and is adjusted to a value according to the filer inflow temperature Tf. The reflux flow quantity Qr can be thus adjusted freely according to the filter inflow temperature Tf so that the filter inflow temperature Tf can be prevented from fluctuating up and down and the wax captured in the filter 7 can be early molted by raising the filter inflow temperature Tf quickly.
