PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven compressor superior in durability and reliability, while improving connecting workability of a connector. SOLUTION: This motor-driven compressor has a connector structure having a cable, a terminal connecting part connected to the cable, having a terminal hole for inserting an external terminal for supplying electric power to a compression mechanism driving electric motor built in a compressor housing and detachably constituted in the external terminal for power supply, and a casing for covering the terminal connecting part and the tip of the cable on the terminal connecting part side; and is characterized by interposing an elastic body between the terminal connecting part and an inner wall of the casing.
