PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconvenience of the need to use an anchor plate of increasing processing cost, due to requiring a through-hole for passing grout through the anchor plate, when trying to fill the grout in an insertion hole for inserting a PC steel bar by connecting a concrete block product, for example, by the PC steel bar, in the concrete block product. SOLUTION: This concrete block product has the insertion hole arranged in a wall and arranging a tension material, and a recessed part arranged so as to open on an outside surface and communicating with the insertion hole. The concrete block product is provided with a communicating means for communicating the inside of the insertion hole with the inside of the recessed part when the tension material arranged in the insertion hole is anchored at its end part in the recessed part via the anchor plate.
