PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure which enables a reduction in floor impact sound and an improvement in the sense of walking, and which makes the cost of equipment inexpensive. SOLUTION: In this floor structure, liquid seal mounts 3 and 3 with damping mechanisms, and vibration-proof rubber materials 4 and 4 with no damping mechanism are concurrently used and interposed between a floor beam 1 and a flooring material 2, so that the flooring material 2 can be elastically supported on the floor beam 1; and the damping mechanisms of the seal mounts 3 and 3 are used for suppressing walking vibrations on the flooring material 2.
