PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing plant consisting of a structure in which the mixer part and the agitator part are so divided as to be assemblable. SOLUTION: The mixing plant comprises the mixer part which supports a mixer in the first frame consisting of a frame body, the agitator part which supports an agitator in the second frame consisting of a frame body which can be assembled upward and downward in alignment with the above first frame, and an operation controlling part which, installed in a separate body linkable to the first frame or the second frame, operates the mixer and the agitator. When the first frame is connected on the second frame, they are arranged so that the discharge port installed in the lower part of the mixer is aligned with the charge port installed in the upper part of the agitator.
