PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly densely arrange pressure rooms, pressure sensors and electric wiring led out from respective pressure sensors, and to suppress cross talk generated there. SOLUTION: A plurality of the pressure rooms arranged into a two-dimensional matrix-like shape and having nozzles for delivering a liquid, is equipped with a pressure generating means for generating pressure for delivering the liquid into the pressure room provided, pressure sensor raw materials for detecting the pressures in the pressure rooms generated by the pressure generating means and formed into at least two layers to a plurality of the pressure rooms, and electrodes arranged on both faces of the pressure sensor raw materials to only one layer among the pressure sensor raw materials formed into at least two layers to a plurality of respective pressure rooms and for making the pressure sensor raw materials as effective detecting parts. In addition, a difference signal calculating part for obtaining a difference of signals from positive and negative electrodes in the electric wiring for taking out detecting signals from the pressure sensor raw materials, is provided.
