PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a production method for a particulate using a novel super-critical fluid capable of stably obtaining the particulate having uniform particle diameter and shape and enhancing a maintenance property, and its apparatus. SOLUTION: Release of a solute dissolving super-critical fluid S into a capturing unit 1 is performed by storing a constant volume of the solute dissolving super-critical fluid S is stored in a chamber 15 once and thereafter communicating the chamber 15 with the capturing unit 1. All solute dissolving super-critical fluids S positioned in the chamber 15 are momentarily moved into the capturing unit 1 and are expanded. Thereby, the particulate G0 having the uniform particle diameter and shape can be obtained. Further, clogging generated when a nozzle is used is not caused. Further, the particulate G0 having the uniform particle diameter and shape can be obtained not depending on its production accuracy as in the case when the nozzle is used.
