<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser luminescence structure capable of enhancing the energy conversion effect by a special structure. <P>SOLUTION: The single crystal of the element of II-VI is formed on the surface of a plane anode surface as a laser luminescent body.
