PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable and multifunctional remote control system. SOLUTION: A main system stores in a demand DB 122 data acquired by a monitoring and reporting device and sent thereto. A sending/receiving part 155 receives from another sending/receiving part 131 difference data stored not in a demand sub DB 156 but in the demand DB 122, and stores the same data as the demand DB 122 in the demand sub DB 156. If a user who has made a contract for a remote monitoring and reporting service has logged in to a demand data review site, a sub system 112 uses the data stored in the demand sub DB 156 and provides a data review screen for reviewing the data about the monitoring and reporting device managed by the user.
