PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor capable of performing signal generation with high precision without raising a sampling frequency. SOLUTION: In the signal processor for generating signals on the basis of a plurality of signals which are in differential or in-phase relation with one another, the processor is provided with a sampling part 100 for sampling each of a plurality of signals in frequency in n-multiple relation and with timing different from one another; and an operation part 200 for performing specified operation by using sampling data outputted from the sampling part with all the sampling timing of the plurality of signals or a part of the timing.
