PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamoelectric machine which is so constituted as to obtain torque and rotational speed generated from itself more efficiently, while suppressing the increase of the physical quantity of a reluctance dynamoelectric machine. SOLUTION: An axial gap motor 1 is composed of a stator 2 and a rotor 9 which are opposed across an air gap s. In this stator 2, a plurality of conductive bars 5, which have conductivity assigned to every phase of AC signals and whose tips to be conducted are joined with each other, are arranged for every pair of magnetic poles of permanent magnets 10 arranged in the rotor 9.
