PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the sampling of water from a plurality of positions in a water pipe in a state that the occurring probability of an accident is lowered by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The collector of the suspended substance in the water pipe has a multiple pipe 13, of which the leading end part can be inserted in the water pipe, and the leading end parts 17, 18 and 19 of the respective pipes 14, 15 and 16 in the multiple pipe 13 are opened at different positions along the vertical direction in the water pipe 1.
