PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely accept an interaction force between rolling elements including an outer frame part in a rolling guide device in which a separator with a large rigidity, large elastic deformation, and soft elasticity adjusts distances between the rolling elements. SOLUTION: The separator 30 comprises recessed parts 27 and 28 formed in both end faces 45 and 47 into which adjacent rolling elements 20 are fitted, an outer frame part 5 forming the outline of the device, and a plurality of claw parts 4 (25, 26) formed in a tongue piece shape extendedly starting at the outer frame part 5 to the centers O of the recessed parts 27 and 28 and elastically deformable in contact with the rolling elements 20. The claw parts 4 are formed so that their surfaces facing the rolling elements 20 are formed in recessed spherical surfaces 31 and 32, recessed conical surfaces, or recessed pyramid surfaces.
