PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent wear on a rubbing surface over a long period while improving a performance through securement of transmission efficiency or the like by smoothly executing relative displacement of a pair of members relatively displaced in accordance with a slip during operation. SOLUTION: At least one surfaces of surfaces in at least a pair of members which are provided adjacent to each other and relatively displaced in accordance with a slip during operation such as ball spline parts 3, 3 for supporting input side disks 2a, 2b around an input side rotary shaft 1 so as to be freely displaceable in an axial direction, are coated with a lubricating film. The lubricating film is formed by bringing solid lubricant into collision with the surface by shot peening, thereby preventing the exfoliation over a long period. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
