PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which excels in the balance between pot life and hardness exhibition, and the adhesion to glass, particularly hot water resistance adhesion, and a laminated glass sealing medium comprising the curable resin composition. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises a polybutadiene having an acid anhydride group, a latent amine curable agent, a silane coupling agent (A) having an acid anhydride group and an alkoxysilyl group, and a silane coupling agent (B) having a latent amino group and an alkoxysilyl group, and comprises, based on 100 pts.mass the polybutadiene, 1-100 pts.mass the latent amine curing agent and 0.1-10.0 pts.mass the total of the silane coupling agents (A) and (B).
