PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet carrying device with a simple structure capable of improving the paper stacking performance at a paper housing part, avoiding JAM generation in a delivery roller part, and rationalizing the number of housed paper sheets in a delivered paper housing part by making the curling direction of paper sheets to be carried in one certain direction. SOLUTION: In a delivered paper conveyance passage 17, the conveyance passage before carrying the paper sheets (P) to the outside is provided with a forcible curl generating means 80 for forcibly curling the paper sheets.
