PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer which dispenses with a troublesome connection established every time a new dedicated unit for drying and fixing is prepared, and which can easily do complete fixing printing, using a UV-curable ink, only when necessary. SOLUTION: A printing drum unit, which possesses a regular ink for stencil printing, is detachably provided in each of a mounting part Sa positioned on the upstream side in the carrying direction of printing paper 24, and a mounting part Sb positioned on the downstream side. In the use of the ultraviolet-curable ink, the printing drum unit 54 possessing the ultraviolet-curable ink is removably mounted on the mounting part Sa on the upstream side, and an ultraviolet irradiation unit 43 is removably mounted on the mounting part Sb on the downstream side.
