PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device solving the problem that a tension fluctuation is generated in a plane of a blanket in the case that the blanket is not mounted parallel in a direction of a periphery of a blanket roll when the fastening fittings of both the ends of the blanket are not parallel in a blanket winding and fastening system in an offset printing device. SOLUTION: The printing device employing a blanket winding in mechanism comprises a mechanism in which a blanket winding in shafts are arranged in positions capable of applying tension to the blanket in a peripheral tangential direction of the blanket roll and the two winding in shafts can be individually moved in an axial direction and in a peripheral direction of the blanket roll, and thereby the tension fluctuation in the plane of the blanket is prevented. The loosening of the blanket can be controlled in a constant pressure in real time using an electrical control or a mechanical control in the mobile portion of the winding in shafts.
