PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a flexible cable does not come into contact with an actuator unit positioned below it. SOLUTION: A leg part 18a is formed on the end part of the inside of a film-shaped flexible cable 18 arranged above the actuator unit 4 so as to step over this so that its driving signal is transmitted to the actuator unit 4 through a wiring terminal 44 connected with a driving terminal 39, and it is brought into contact with the surface of the actuator unit 4 through this leg part 18a. By making the end part 18b on the outside of the flexible cable 18 jump upward, the undersurface of the flexible cable 18 does not come into contact with the upper face of the actuator unit 4.
